August, 16:00-19:00 Uhr: Den Weg in die Gesundheitsversorgung erleichtern<\/li>\n<li>1. September: 16:00-19:00 Uhr: Patientenbedarfe in der Notfallversorgung ber\u00fccksichtigen<\/li>\n<li>3. September, 16:00-19:00 Uhr: Zusammenarbeit von Krankenh\u00e4usern und Praxen aus Patientensicht verbessern<\/li>\n<li>8. Oktober, 16:00-19:00 Uhr: Eine b\u00fcrokratiearme Prim\u00e4rversorgung f\u00fcr Patient*innen erm\u00f6glichen<\/li>\n<li>13.
